Abstract
The National Bipartisan Commission was set up by President Reagan in 1983 to explore solutions to the Central American crisis. Chaired by Henry Kissinger, it sought evidence from a number of specialists on the region. Each specialist was sent a set of questions and was asked to reply by 30 September 1983. The evidence was then sifted by the Commission and used to prepare the Kissinger Report published in January 1984. Below is the list of questions sent by the Commission and my response.
