Abstract
We suggested an extension of the class of cause-effect structures by semantics of hierarchy. As an example of hierarchical c–e structure we use a simulation of zero-testing operator. Relationships between classes of hierarchical c–e structures and hierarchical Petri Nets introduced by V.E. Kotov are investigated.
