Abstract
This paper presents the experiences gained from adopting XP and later adding a Scrum wrapper in SAS Institute Inc’s Danish development department. The paper will highlight our introduction of XP into the development group, modifying the process and negotiating a common set of practices between our group and other closely related groups and how we have applied a Scrum wrapper around our XP-practices 6 months ago.
