Frage: Bei meiner 80-jährigen Patientin besteht seit geraumer Zeit beim Schauen in eine helle Lichtquelle ein sie sehr störender regenbogenartiger Halo im Blickfeld, dessen Ursache bislang nicht geklärt werden konnte. Außer einem chronischen Vit.-B12- und Vit.-D-Mangel, welche je substituiert werden und einer mittels AT-1-Blocker/HCT behandelten arteriellen Hypertonie bestehen keine weiteren Erkrankungen. Was hat es mit den Augenerscheinungen auf sich?
Experte Prof. Manfred Zierhut, Tübingen: Bei der Patientin besteht am ehesten ein trockenes Auge, dies müsste zumindest ausgeschlossen werden. Jede Unregelmäßigkeit der Hornhautoberfläche kann diese Beschwerden verursachen, natürlich auch gelegentliche Augeninnendruckanstiege, die dann aber doch meist mit Schmerzen einhergehen.
