Résumé
L’entorse grave de la cheville est assez fréquente dans la pratique quotidienne, mais l’association à une ouverture cutanée est exceptionnelle. Nous rapportons ici l’observation rare d’une entorse grave ouverte de la cheville chez un sportif en détaillant son mécanisme lésionnel avec une revue de la littérature.
Abstract
Severe ankle sprain is frequent in daily practice but the association with a skin opening is exceptional.We report a rare case of severe open ankle sprain in athlete. The mechanism of the injury is reminded with a review of the literature.
