as expected. The analysis of the frequency dependence indicates the strong influence of vibrational resonances, which were found here for the first time. Near the fundamental resonance the jth harmonic generation has to be described as a (j+3) wave mixing experiment due to the necessary inclusion of the population of the corresponding vibrational state.
