1. On page 1481, in the 22nd line under the heading “Arterial, oncotic and cerebral perfusion pressures”, “ICP” should be “CPP”.
2. In Table 1, the following sentence should be appended to point 5: “Due to doubt regarding long-term treatment with propofol, the use of this drug should be limited to the weaning period”.
3. In Table 1 point 11, the word “partial” in partial craniotomy should be replaced by the word “decompressive”.
