Abstract
Backscattering of high-power laser pulses in a randomly inhomogeneous media containing microparticles suspended in a liquid is treated theoretically. Relationships for the temporal correlation function of multiply scattered radiation, which account for acceleration of particles in the field of optical radiation, sure derived for the first time. A new method for determination of particle velocities based on correlation properties of scattered light is proposed.
