Zusammenfassung
Die Nanopartikel-Modifizierung ermöglicht einen völlig neuen Freiheitsgrad für das Design von Dünnschichtsystemen. Für industrielle Anwendungen ist derzeit die Verbesserung der mechanischen Eigenschaften durch Nanopartikel-Modifizierung besonders attraktiv.
