Résumé

La méthode de coloration vitale au bleu de méthylène dans le bulbe duodénal permet de visualiser les détails du relief villositaire, le colorant étant absorbé au niveau des entérocytes. Toutes les plus petites anomalies, dépressions ou élevures, sont mises en évidence. Les ulcérations sont fortement colorées, le bleu se fixant au niveau de la fibrine. Cette technique permet d’évaluer le stade de guérison des ulcérations. Son emploi doit être systématique en présence d’aspects de cicatrice d’ulcère, linéaire en particulier, et de bulbes déformés.

Summary

The staining method using methylen blue in the duodenal bulb allows to visualize the patterns of villous relief, the stainer being absorbed by enterocytes. All thinest abnormalities, depressions or wheals, are emphasized. The ulcerations become deeply coloured, the blue being fixed upon fibrin. This technique allows to evaluate the healing stage of ulcerations. It is to be systematicaly performed in the presence of aspects of ulcus scars, especially linear scars, and deformed bulbs.
