Summary
The oesophagus is frequently involved in acute leukemias. Esophageal lesions are often in relation with complications or treatments of these diseases, but more rarely specific lesions because of leukemic cells in the wall of the esophagus. We report here such an observation. The mechanism of esophageal lesions in leukemias is discussed in a short review of the literature.
