Résumé

Les auteurs rapportent deux cas récents de dysphagie sévère au cours d’arthroses cervicales avec ostéophytes, et soulignent l’intérêt diagnostique de la radio-photographie à cadence accélérée. L’indication d’un traitement purement médical ou associé à un acte chirurgical est envisagé ainsi que le mécanisme pathogénique, encore hypothétique.

Summary

The authors report two recent cases of severe dysphagia with cervical arthrosis and exostosis. They emphasize the value of intensifier fluorography with 70 m/m spot film camera. Indication for treatment solely medical or associated with surgery is considered and also the pathogenesis, rather uncertain today.
