Un cas inhabituel de polypose gastro-intestinale

An uncommon gastrointestinal polyposis: Case report

  • Published:
Acta Endoscopica

Summary

The authors describe and unusual gastrointestinal polyposis with multiform endoscopic and histologic aspects: œsophageal polyps with acanthosis and leucoplasia; gastro-duodenal hamartomas; intestinal tubular and villous adenomas, some with carcinomatous invasion, besides a « Protein Losing Enteropathy ». This case of uncommon clinic presentation, without any checking in the scientific literature, is noteworthy.
