Résumé
La présente étude est consacrée à l’analyse des caractères cliniques et biologiques des polypes hyperplasiques de l’estomac.
La revue de la littérature et nos résultats concordent pour affirmer la bénignité habituelle de ces polypes et leur manque de spécificité comme « marqueur « d’un estomac à haut risque de cancer.
Summary
The biological and clinical significance of the hyperplastic polyps of the stomach is discussed. The review of the Literature and Authors’ experience suggest that most, even if not all, polyps are benign structures without marker value of gastric cancer.
