Abstract
Tuberculosis of the colon may be difficult to distinguish from Crohn's diseases or other causes of benign or malignant stricture, but rarely is seen as a classic solitary “apple-core” lesion on barium-enema examination. Such a case is presented, and the radiologic and pathologic features discussed.
