Abstract
A systematic study of spectral and time dependence of the luminescence emitted by fragments after ir multiple-photon decomposition of silane, is presented. Data obtained at various silane pressure (1–35 Torr) and pulsed CO2 laser fluences are discussed and compared with previous results and interpretations.
