Summary
The determination of Cd and Pb in human bones is used as an example to compare fiameless AAS and DPASV. The results correspond with each other and it is shown that the influence of a strongly disturbing matrix can be reduced significantly if the decomposing procedure and the measuring parameters are selected suitably. This makes further steps of reprocessing unnecessary.
