Abstract
This article focuses on the characteristics of the charged particle produced in nucleus-nucleus collisions at relativistic energy. We have studied the emission behavior of charged particles observed in the forward hemisphere (θ < 90°) and the backward hemisphere (θ ≥ 90°). This study shows that the charged particles produced in the forward hemisphere strongly depend on the mass of the projectile beam whereas in the backward hemisphere, they show an exponential decay behavior and are independent of the mass of the projectile beam. The results are compared with other experimental observations and found to be consistent.
