Abstract
The reconstruction of coke battery 1 at Isfahan steelworks is considered. The construction of a PVR-51 system at coke battery 1 (useful oven capacity 27.3 m3, with lower heating-gas supply, is described. The automatic temperature-monitoring system for coke-battery heating by coke-oven gas is discussed. The gas motion in battery heating with internal furnaces is considered. A system for temperature regulation and maintenance in the upper heating channels is proposed.
