Abstract

This article presents the basic concept of Intelligent Command and Control, analyzing its main features from five aspects: adaptive resilient intelligent system, cross-domain collaborative intelligence with human-machine interaction, deep cognitive understanding through big data, decision-making through high-energy intelligent fusion, and real-time responsive flexible adaptation. It examines the winning mechanisms of intelligent command and control systems and identifies the development needs and priorities for future intelligent command and control. Targeting command-side and platform-side operations, this article proposes four envisioned future typical modes of intelligent command and control: human-machine parallel deep situational awareness mode, human-machine integrated intelligent command decision mode, human-machine symbiotic interactive control coordination mode, and human-machine parallel virtual and real combat evaluation mode. Based on the future operational and intelligent command and control capability requirements, this proposes a key technology system for intelligent command and control, providing guidance for the development of future intelligent command and control systems.
