Abstract

Chatbots are applications of artificial intelligence developed to build conversations and interact with human users. They are used in various applications, such as customer service, sales and marketing, virtual assistants, and more. Chatbots rely on technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP)., allowing them to understand and respond to user input, often in real-time these chatbots are widely built on the python platform all over the world. Chatbots are quickly becoming a key component of many digital user experiences. This chatbot helps to reduce the workload of the admission department. Provide necessary information to students and parents. Chatbots became popular because people cannot provide 24/7 assistance and may not be available continuously and as websites are vast in nature which makes people hard to find the exact information they required. To overcome this problem chatbots being the automated assistance came into the light.
