Abstract

Rapid technical advancement and drastic change have occurred in recent years due to the creation of various cutting-edge technologies for information systems. AI's capabilities, which permit interaction between organization employees and AI in order to enhance the decision-making process, have made it a central topic in the administration of organizations. Since making the right judgments is crucial to an organization's performance and goal attainment, many businesses have begun incorporating AI into their decision-making procedures in order to take advantage of the technology's strengths in data analysis and problem dissection. In light of the foregoing, the team decided it was time to write a scholarly article exploring how the implementation of AI differs between enterprises in terms of decision quality. This essay demonstrates how artificial intelligence is used in recruitment methods and outlines the most effective artificial intelligence-based hiring practice. The study provides a more comprehensive explanation of the idea of how artificial intelligence is affecting the entire hiring process and the attitudes of HRs toward artificial intelligence-assisted hiring in corporate settings. To fully understand the notion, previous studies have been taken into consideration. In-depth analysis and conclusions are made with the goal of assisting readers in developing a more comprehensive knowledge of the AI concept as the most recent hiring practice.
