Abstract

Aiming at the unknown environment and dynamic target, a method of region searching and cooperative hunting of UAVs for maritime target was proposed according to the characteristics of the cooperation of UAVs. Firstly, based on cooperative searching efficiency, searching strategy including existence probability update model, target location update model and communications update model of UAV were designed. Secondly, a improved artificial potential field method was applied to obstacle avoidance planning of UAVs. Finally, attack position optimization method of UAVs was studied. Simulation results show that region searching and cooperative hunting strategy of UAVs was effective, which could satisfy requirements of marine operation of UAVs and cooperative hunting task for maritime target.
