Abstract
Seat comfort has become one of the key factors for consumers to buy a car. At present, there is a lack of dummy data and models of the Chinese human body, and the automotive industry does not have a complete and unified seat comfort evaluation system and standards, these seriously restrict the development and progress of independent brand products. This paper establishes an all-round seat comfort evaluation system that includes both static and dynamic methods, and according to the Chinese population, carries out the actual seat comfort evaluation verification work. Based on the collected Chinese population data, seat master, objective evaluation data, and body pressure distribution data, the project team established the database of seat comfort analysis system for the first time.
