Abstract
As a core strategic resource for driving regional economic development, ports are playing an increasingly important role in promoting the economic development of the hinterland and promoting regional economic integration. Therefore, improving port efficiency and integrating resources between ports are the focus of port research. At the same time, the Bohai Rim port group has an obvious strategic position in the implementation of the “Belt and Road” construction and is a key area worthy of study and attention. This paper combines the BCC-DEA model, the super-efficiency DEA model and the Malmquist productivity index model to evaluate the static and dynamic efficiency of the main ports in the Bohai Rim region, and analyze the influencing factors of port efficiency, and explore effective strategies to improve port efficiency.
