Abstract

Delivering drugs to the central nervous system is still a severe challenge in the rising anticancer drug delivery system due to the blood-brain barrier. One of the ways of keeping CNTs stable in temperatures up to 42 °C is to wrap DNA around the CNT. And this DNA-wrapped CNT may be used for drug delivery in the central nervous system.
