Abstract
Emeritus Professor Mary Hiscock is a foremost Australian legal scholar in Comparative Law. She has, over the course of her long and distinguished academic career, positively contributed to scholarship, practice and education in Comparative Law. This edited volume brings together Australian and international legal scholars to honour her in this festschrift in celebration of her 80th birthday.
