Abstract
Since 1999, China’s postgraduate education system has entered a period of rapid development and great achievements have been made. A relatively complete postgraduate education and degree system has been established, and a quality assurance system for postgraduate education has been established. This rapid development has also brought a contradiction between quality and speed. Exploring and designing an innovative enrollment and training system have become the focus of graduate education reform.
