Abstract
Peace education is a complex concept, which may take different forms according to local situations and the needs of involved populations (Harris & Morrison, 2013). Scholars see it variously as a philosophy, a mentality, or a progressive development of competencies that create a predisposition towards nonviolent conflict management and resolution (Sinclair, 2004).
