Abstract
Am Beispiel des Projekts Nationaler Pakt für Frauen in MINT1-Berufen – „Komm, mach MINT.“ wird exemplarisch aufgezeigt, wie im Web 2.0 junge Frauen auf innovative Art und Weise zielgruppengerecht angesprochen und über männerdominierte Berufs- und Studienbereiche informiert werden können. Das Web 2.0 bietet viele neue Darstellungsmöglichkeiten zur Vermittlung von Berufsbildern und informationen. Dabei ist es nötig, den Weg der klassischen Einweg-Kommunikation2 und Informationen zu verlassen und interaktive Elemente anzubieten, mit denen sich junge Frauen selbstbestimmt die für sie relevanten (Berufs)Informationen herausfiltern können. Neben der Kurzdarstellung des Projekts und dessen Web 2.0-Aktivitäten wird der Zugang zum Internet von jungen Frauen thematisiert und auf die Bedeutung des Internets als Berufsinformationsquelle für Frauen im Übergang Schule-Beruf und Schule-Hochschule eingegangen.
