Zusammenfassung
Auch spezielle Hypovitaminosen können das Bild klassischer rheumatologischer Erkrankungen nachahmen. Ein Vitaminmangel kann somit klinisch an eine Vaskulitis erinnern und geht häufig mit entsprechenden Hautauffälligkeiten, Blutungsneigung, Gelenkschwellungen und -ergüssen einher. Auf die Bedeutung einer guten Anamnese sei an dieser Stelle nochmals hingewiesen, die eben, insbesondere auch bei Risikogruppen, die Ernährung miteinschließt.
