Zusammenfassung
Die Forschung hat unterschiedliche effektive Führungsverhalten der klassischen Linienführung im Verlauf der Jahrzehnte identifiziert. Im Laufe der Zeit und insbesondere mit dem Aufkommen der selbstorganisierten Teams haben sich neue spezialisierte Führungsrollen etabliert, welche Teile dieser Führungsaufgaben übernehmen. Führung wird dadurch stärker in der Organisation verteilt und plural geführt. Dies hat Auswirkungen auf die Gestaltung der klassischen Linienführungsrolle und auch auf die Organisation als Ganzes. Das HRM hat hierbei vielfältige Herausforderungen zu meistern, aber auch große Chancen, eine nachhaltige Organisation zu gestalten.
