Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel zeigt den klinischen Denkprozess in der FBL Klein-Vogelbach Functional Kinetics. Dazu gehören die orientierende Untersuchung, die Untersuchung des Bewegungsverhaltens auf Ebene der Aktivität (z. B. Beobachtungskriterien des Gehens, funktionelle Tests) und die spezifische Untersuchung (Konstitution, Bewegungsuntersuchung, Statik). Konsequenzen von Abweichungen auf die Zentrierung der Gelenke und die Muskelfunktionen sind beschrieben und illustriert. Anhand von klinischen Beispielen werden die Hypothesenbildung, die therapeutische Diagnose und die Therapieplanung dargestellt.
