Zusammenfassung
Marketing-Controlling ist beim Ausüben seiner Funktion auf Marktforschung angewiesen und zugleich Kontrollinstanz dieser. Denn zum einen versorgen Marktforschungsstudien das Marketing-Controlling mit den notwendigen, externen Informationen. Zum anderen muss das Marketing-Controlling sicherstellen, dass Marktforschung ein gutes Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis aufweist und zwar in Bezug auf die bereit gestellten Informationen sowie den Ressourceneinsatz. Marktforschung und Marketing-Controlling befinden sich somit in einer engen und intensiven wechselseitigen Beziehung.
