Zusammenfassung
Klassische Erklärungsmodelle der posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung (PTBS) sind das Furchtstrukturmodell (Foa) und das kognitive Ehlers-Clark-Modell. In der Behandlung spielt vor allem die In-sensu-Konfrontation (Exposition) und das kognitive Restrukturieren eine Rolle. Weitere Diagnosen in dieser Störungsgruppe sind die Komplexe PTBS (ICD-11) und der dissoziative Subtyp der PTBS (DSM-5).
