Zusammenfassung
Problemlösetrainings werden als vielfältig anwendbare psychotherapeutische Verfahren in unterschiedlichen Praxisfeldern eingesetzt und integriert. Hier wird ein 8-Schritte-Modell (Information und Vorbereitung – Problembeschreibung – Problemanalyse – Zielanalyse – Lösungs- oder Veränderungsplanung – Ausprobieren der Lösung oder Probehandeln – Bewertung des Probehandelns – Transferplanung) vorgestellt. Mögliche Nebenwirkungen, Erfolgskriterien, empirische Absicherungen und eine allgemeine Bewertung werden angefügt.
