Zusammenfassung
Strukturelle Veränderungen, Entzündungen und Funktionsstörungen der Schilddrüse sind hochprävalente Erkrankungen, die vielfältige somatische und psychische Folgen nach sich ziehen können. Gutachterliche Bedeutung erlangen sie insbesondere, wenn sie durch Verletzungen, medizinische Maßnahmen oder endokrine Disruptoren ausgelöst wurden. Zumindest vorübergehend können Einschränkungen der Arbeitsfähigkeit und Fahreignung resultieren. Erkrankungen der Nebenschilddrüsen umfassen den Hypoparathyroidismus und verschiedene Formen des Hyperparathyreoidismus. Sie können u. a. von medizinischen Maßnahmen, Verletzungen oder Strahlung herrühren. Sowohl bei Hypo- als auch bei Hyperkalziämie können passagere Einschränkungen der Fahreignung und der Fähigkeit zur Ausübung bestimmter Berufe, mitunter auch der Erwerbsfähigkeit bestehen.
