Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen der Begutachtung ist es unerlässlich, neben der Feststellung der Ätiologie einer hepatobiliären Erkrankung auch den Grad der resultierenden Funktionseinschränkung und die damit einhergehende Prognose zu beurteilen. Dafür stehen eine Reihe morphologisch und funktionell begründeter Verfahren zur Verfügung.
