Zusammenfassung

Kinderwunschmedizin ist multidisziplinär. In diesem Zusammenhang werden die Bedeutung der gynäkologischen Anamnese, somatischer Faktoren sowie der Einfluss von Koitusfrequenz und -terminierung dargestellt. Algorithmen zur Berechnung der Schwangerschaftswahrscheinlichkeit werden beschrieben. Hormone mit Einfluss auf die Follikelreifung werden dargestellt. Psychische Faktoren werden berücksichtigt. Umwelteinflüsse und Noxen werden diskutiert. Die Follikelreifung wird im Einzelnen mit ihren Störgrößen beschrieben. Passagestörungen im Genitaltrakt und ihre Diagnostik werden dargelegt. Die Endometriose wird als häufig unerkannte Ursache einer ausbleibenden Schwangerschaft behandelt. Immunologische Faktoren mit Spermienantikörpern im weiblichen Organismus werden diskutiert und Therapiemöglichkeiten dargestellt. Eine Übersicht über Frühgravidität, Implantation und ihre Störungen schließt sich an. Therapiemaßnahmen im Zusammenhang mit einer idiopathischen Infertilität bilden den Schluss.
