Zusammenfassung

Die Pseudoaneurysmata (PSA) zählen zu den häufigsten Komplikationen nach einer Gefäßpunktion. Aus der nicht verschlossenen Punktionsstelle fließt pulsatil Blut in das umliegende Gewebe. Aufgrund der fehlenden Gefäßwand werden die Aneuysmata als nicht echte sogenannte „Pseudo“-Aneuysmata bezeichnet. Hämodynamisch relevante Blutungen, die Kompression von umliegenden Nerven und Gefäßen sowie die Infektion sind gefürchtete Folgen. Die Kenntnis über das PSA und die folgende richtige Diagnostik und Therapie sind unabdingbar für jeden Gefäßmediziner. Bei dem Verdacht auf ein PSA muss sofort gehandelt werden. Wird eine PSA diagnostiziert stehen als Therapieoptionen die manuelle Kompression, die Thrombininjektion oder die operative Versorgung mit guter Evidenz zur Verfügung.

Das Nahtaneurysma tritt aufgrund insuffizienter Gefäßanastomose entweder kurz nach der Operation aufgrund technischer Fehler oder im Verlauf aufgrund degenerativer Veränderungen auf. Hierfür gilt die operative Versorgung in den meisten Fällen als Mittel der Wahl.
