Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel werden Lagerungsorthesen für die untere und obere Extremität dargestellt. Aufgrund der großen Bedeutung des Hüftgelenks bei Patienten mit neuroorthopädischen Krankheitsbildern ist ihnen ein eigener Abschnitt gewidmet. Ebenso nimmt die Rumpforthetik einen größeren Raum ein. Aufgrund neuerer Erkenntnisse zur Bedeutung der Dynamik werden viele Systeme mit Bewegung und Federn vorgestellt. Ein zweiter großer Teil beschäftigt sich mit Sitzschalen, Sitzunterstützungen und Sitzversorgungen. Es werden die unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten sowie Indikationen beschrieben.
