Zusammenfassung
Die adjuvante Chemotherapie ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Therapiekonzeptes beim Kolonkarzinom im Stadium UICC III und bei Patienten mit hohem Rezidivrisiko im Stadium UICC II. Obwohl in Deutschland unstrittig bleibt das perioperative Management insbesondere hinsichtlich interdisziplinärer Kommunikation, Vermeidung von Komplikationen und dem Ziel möglichst innerhalb von 8 Wochen die adjuvante systemische Behandlung einzuleiten eine Herausforderung. Das Kapitel adressiert weitere adjuvante Maßnahmen, die über eine klassische Chemotherapie hinausgehen.
