Zusammenfassung
Arbeit 4.0 konkretisiert sich in der Anwendung von digitalen Technologien in der Arbeitswelt. In diesem Zusammenhang sprechen wir von Arbeit 4.0-Anwendungsszenarien. In dem vorliegenden Beitrag wird zunächst eine Referenzarchitektur für die Strukturierung derartiger Anwendungsszenarien vorgestellt. Zum anderen werden Kriterien zur soziotechnischen Bewertung von Chancen und Risiken von Arbeit 4.0-Anwendungsszenarien beschrieben. Dies ermöglicht Unternehmen eine Orientierung in dem Themenfeld. Aufbauend auf diesen theoretischen Grundlagen werden zwei Arbeit 4.0-Anwendungsszenarien aus der industriellen Praxis vorgestellt und auf Basis der vorgestellten Kriterien bewertet. Die Anwendungsszenarien wurden im Rahmen des Projekts „IviPep – Arbeit 4.0 in der Produktentstehung“ erarbeitet.
Der Beitrag entstand im Rahmen des Verbundvorhabens „Instrumentarium zur Gestaltung individualisierter virtueller Produktentstehungsprozesse in der Industrie 4.0 – IviPep“ (FKZ: 02L15A120). Dieses Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt wird im Rahmen des Programms „Zukunft der Arbeit“ vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) und dem Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) gefördert und vom Projektträger Karlsruhe (PTKA) betreut.
