Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird eine Ontologie-basiertes Entscheidungssystem vorgestellt, welches die Auswahl von geeigneten Werkzeugmaschinen durch die Dienstleistungsplattform unterstützt. Die Wissensverwaltung nutzt das Semantic Web zur dynamischen Bereitstellung einer stets aktuellen lokalen Wissensbasis. Die Wissensbasis enthält die Beschreibung aller verfügbaren Maschinen und deren Eigenschaften. Die Informationen über neue verfügbare Ressourcen wie Werkzeugmaschinen und deren Werkzeuge werden bei Bedarf von der Wissensverwaltung aus verfügbaren Linked Data Quellen abgerufen und in der Wissensbasis ergänzt – oder entfernt, wenn Ressourcen nicht verfügbar sind. Die Auswahl der geeigneten Maschinen für ein zu fertigendes Werkstück ist die Aufgabe der Problemlösungskomponente des WBS. Diese nutzt die Informationen der Wissensbasis um aus den Maschinenbeschreibungen die jeweiligen Bearbeitungsfähigkeiten abzuleiten. Die Bearbeitungsfähigkeiten werden anschließend mit den Fertigungsanforderungen des Werkstücks abgeglichen die zuvor vom NC-Interpreter (siehe Abschn. 2.2.2.4) ermittelt wurden. Vor der Freigabe einer alternativen Maschine wird die Bearbeitung zunächst mit einer Software simuliert (Die Simulation erfolgt auf einem Cluster mit virtuellen Werkzeugmaschinen der ebenfalls ein Bestandteil der Dienstleistungsplattform ist, siehe Kap. 6.).

Ein flexibles Fertigungssytem ist ein automatisierter Verbund von Werkzeugmaschinen der durch ein Materialflusssystem verknüpft ist sowie über automatisierte Spannvorrichtungen verfügt (Stecke 1983).

Als Baustruktur wird die Gliederung/Strukturierung technischer Produkte in Baugruppen und Bauteile bezeichnet. Maßgeblich ist hierbei die mechanische Verbindung der Baugruppen und Bauteile (Lindemann 2007).

Deklaratives oder deskriptives Wissen beschreibt Wissen über Sachverhalte, wie z. B. Fakten und Begriffe.

Fertigungs-Feature repräsentieren eine einen abgegrenzten Teil eines Werkstücks durch die Gestalt und die technologische Eigenschaften die für die Herstellung relevant sind. Die Abgrenzung erfolgt im Hinblick auf die Teile eines Werkstückes die ähnliche Eigenschaften aufweisen und mutmaßlich in einem Fertigungsschritt hergestellt werden können.

Der Begriff Werkzeugdatenbank soll dem Leser eine Vorstellung der enthaltenen Informationen ermöglichen. Die Informationen müssen als Linked Data aufbereitet sein.

Der Fuseki-Server ist ein Ableger des bekannten Jena-Frameworks. Dieser verfügt über einen integrierten Webserver zur Bereitstellung einer Webschnittstelle. Dies ermöglicht eine direkte Kommunikation mit der InVorMa-Webanwendnung.

Ein OWL-Editor ermöglicht die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Ontologien. Hierfür verfügen OWL-Editoren über eine grafische Benutzeroberfläche zur Erstellung und Bearbeitung von RDF-Grafen bzw. OWL-Axiomen sowie Funktionen zur Visualisierung der Ontologie, Import-Export verschiedener Ontologie-Sprachen und zum Test von Anfragen an die Ontologie.
