Zusammenfassung
Mithilfe der personalpsychologischen Anforderungsanalyse sollen erfolgskritische Personenmerkmale identifiziert werden. Die Anforderungsanalyse ist ein Hilfsmittel für die Personalsuche, Personalauswahl, Personalbeurteilung und Personalentwicklung. Durch eine systematische Anforderungsanalyse lässt sich die Objektivität, Genauigkeit und Gültigkeit personalpsychologischer Verfahren und Vorgehensweisen überprüfen und verbessern. Die Anforderungsanalyse erhöht sowohl die ethische als auch die juristische Legitimation personalpsychologischer Maßnahmen. Eine systematische und professionelle Anforderungsanalyse beugt der Gefahr vor, durch sprachliche Benennungen erzeugten Realitätsillusionen zu erliegen. Umfassende personalpsychologische Anforderungsanalysen integrieren die Erhebung von Aufgaben- und Ergebnisanforderungen, Verhaltensanforderungen sowie Eigenschaftsanforderungen und berücksichtigen zur Ermittlung dieser Anforderungen unterschiedliche Verfahren.
