Zusammenfassung
Die digitale Transformation verändert die Arbeitswelt, schafft neue Formen der Arbeitsorganisation und der Beschäftigungsverhältnisse und erzeugt Gewinner und Verlierer. Der Gesamtwohlstand wird vermutlich steigen, aber dessen Verteilung wird sich erheblich verändern. Staatliche Regulierung und soziale Absicherung müssen und können angepasst werden. Die soziale Sicherung der Zukunft darf Leistungsanreize nicht beseitigen und sollte daher Anreizkompatibilität mit sozialem Ausgleich verbinden.
