Internationale Perspektiven auf die Voraussetzungen einer effizienten Diagnostik und Therapie unter dem Anspruch von Teilhabe und Partizipation

Zusammenfassung

Um im Kontext des Anforderungswandels an die Gesundheitsberufe eine gezielte therapeutische Diagnostik und effiziente Therapie leisten zu können, lohnt sich der Blick auf internationale Entwicklungen über die nationale Binnenperspektive hinaus. Hierbei sind, auf jeweils unterschiedlichen Ebenen, folgende Kernelemente für Diagnostik und Therapie relevant: evidenzbasierte Praxis, praxisbasierte Evidenz, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und klinische Entscheidungsfindung. Vordergründig sollten dabei patientenindividuelle Ziele in Bezug auf Teilhabe und Partizipation sein, durchgehend eingebunden in einen partizipativen Prozess. Dieses Kapitel erörtert die genannten Kernelemente und bezieht sich auf internationale Entwicklungen sowie auf nationale Entfaltungen im Rahmen der aktuellen Akademisierung und Professionalisierung der Gesundheitsberufe.
