Zusammenfassung
Das vorliegende Management- und Lehrbuch enthält neben theoretischen Grundlagen zur Prozessinnovation auch ein Vorgehensmodell der Prozessinnovation. Das Vorgehensmodell wird dabei zunächst überblicksartig mit seinen sieben Phasen und deren Zielsetzung, Aktivitäten, Input und Ergebnissen erläutert. Anschließend werden die Phasen des Vorgehensmodells mit Leitfragen und relevanten Techniken detailliert behandelt. Das beschriebene Vorgehensmodell dient dazu, Unternehmen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Prozesse kundenorientiert auszurichten um einen nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg sicherzustellen.
