Zusammenfassung
Modulare Systeme haben den Vorteil, dass durch die Kombination der entsprechenden Komponenten eine individuell angepasste Prothese für den betroffenen Patienten geschaffen werden kann. Eine unsachgemäße Kombination oder eine unsachgemäße Handhabung der Komponenten beim Zusammenbau kann hingegen ursächlich zum Versagen der Prothese oder des Knochenbetts führen.
