Zusammenfassung
In nahezu allen Sportarten sind rasches Reagieren, Bewegen und Handeln Teil der Anforderungsbedingungen. Die Schnelligkeitsmotorik ist an neuronale Funktionen, präzise Wahrnehmung und sichere Fertigkeitsausführung geknüpft. Durch das vielfältige Geflecht motorischer Kontrollprozesse mit Anforderungen an die Kraft und Ausdauer, lassen deduktive Strukturmodelle zahlreiche Fragen offen. Eine Verzahnung von Effekten im Schnelligkeitstraining und begleitender Anpassungen erfolgt allenfalls punktuell. Induktive Modelle richten den Blick auf sportspezifische Anforderungen von Schnelligkeitsleistungen und zeichnen eine mögliche Systematik trainingsmethodischer Leitlinien vor. Diese sind ebenso wie diagnostische Verfahren vorrangig an Problemen des sportartspezifischen Trainings ausgerichtet.
